A lettter to the CEO of Fitness Together Franchise Corporation

Dear Rick,

I wanted to write this letter to thank you for all the leadership and mentoring I received as a trainer
in the Producer To Leader Program at your first facility in Boston, MA. Since my time as a trainer in
this brilliant program I have accomplished more in my personal and professional career than most
50-year-old men.

I have owned three successful franchises in Boston and now I’m the Area Director for New York and
with eighteen new franchisees added in 2006 was named Fitness Together’s Master Franchiser of
the year. All of this would never had been possible without the leadership skills and mentoring that
were given to me by the Producer To Leader Program.

Without this program I would still be living in Boston working for some big box gym or doing in-home
training making $40-$50K a year trying to figure out what I’m going to do with my future and
wondering if I should leave the field I’m so passionate about. This program has allowed me so
many opportunities that I never thought possible in my life.
