Fitness Together Metro Fun: June 15th, NikeWomen Westchester Mall It’s a Shoe-In! Your old sneakers take on new meaning at the FT Franchise Giveaway Event at the NikeWomen store in the Westchester Mall on June 15th, starting at 4pm. Please note that although the event will be held at NikeWomen, you guys are invited too! The event, sponsored by Fitness Together and WAG magazine, will honor Fitness Together trainers, as voted on by their clients. In addition to honoring favorite FT staff, guests will be rewarded with fun raffle gifts, light food and libations. And in honor of Nike’s Reuse-A-Shoe Program, everyone who brings an old pair of shoes will automatically get two free raffle tickets to win any number of great prizes! Nike’s Reuse-A-Shoe Program saves old athletic shoes from landfill. The materials from these beat up sneaks are ground up and turned into sports surfaces such as basketball and tennis courts, soccer, football and baseball fields, tracks and playground surfaces. Please note that none of your contributions should contain metal, but they do NOT have to be Nike brand. The fun begins at 4pm and run through 6pm and will be held at the NikeWomen, located at Westchester Mall, 125 Westchester Ave in White Plains, 914.946.6214.
